Shipping

We currently ship to  UK and the USA as standard.

Other locations such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand are possible but those postage options will need to be set up so please get in touch to discuss your requirements as you will not be able to order from the website currently. Shipping to the EU is not possible at this moment due to GPSR, but I am hoping to be able to set it up later this year.

In the UK, orders under £150 are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 post. Orders over £150 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm service. This is a next day signed for service (not delivered on weekends).

US orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Delivered Duties Paid service (no signature) which means that no further customs or duties will need to be paid to receive your order.

We have tried to be as accurate as possible with postage calculations but due the variation in paper weights and sheet sizes the website will put some orders into the incorrect postage category and therefore charge too much. In this case a refund of the excess postage will be made to your payment method. If you would like to obtain an accurate postage quote before you order, please get in touch and we can then sort you out with a custom listing.

If an order is returned to us due to your failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes owed, you will be refunded for the cost of the products only, minus any loss in value due to damage of the products that might occur during shipping.
